What is Empower Women & Girls?
The programme aim to empower women and girls to be active, feel stronger and more confident in their ability to take part in physical activity and sport and eliminate gender stereotypes.
Who is it For?
- Teenage Girls (aged 13-18)
- Mums with young children (under 5)
- Mums with teenage daughters
- Women who work in education
Where and When is it?
Our Mums and Toddlers sessions are as follows:
Mondays: 10-11am
Leisure United Thorncliffe (St Georges Park, Pack Horse Lane, Sheffield, S35 3HY)
Thursdays: 10am-12pm
Westfield Community Centre (32 Westfield Centre, Sheffield, S20 8ND)
Girls sessions take place in local schools.
