SUCF Release 2022-25 Strategy

Foundation Look to Tackle Inequalities & Provide Opportunities with 2022-25 Strategy
After a successful networking event at Bramall Lane this morning, we are extremely proud and excited to release our 2022-25 strategy.
We were able to welcome over 100 guests to the Platinum Suite this morning to share details of how together, we can tackle inequalities and provide opportunities in Sheffield.
It was particularly special to launch our plans for the next three years with the help of our Chair of Trustees, Darren Baker, and someone who pioneered the inception of the Foundation in the form of Blades legend Tony Currie.
Looking ahead to the future, key speakers spoke about the Foundation’s priority areas to ensure Sheffield becomes a more inclusive and opportunistic community.
Chris Bailey, Head of Foundation said: “I’m proud to lead Sheffield United Community Foundation as we embark on our 2022-2025 strategic journey. The Foundation is uniquely placed to tackle some of the key issues that our community is facing, alongside combating broader societal challenges, and supporting national agendas. Through the engagement of over 1,700 individuals on average each week, the Foundation positively impacts our communities by providing opportunities for people to become the best version of themselves. Ongoing partnership development is key to our strategy and together we can help our communities be healthy, empowered, and inclusive.”
