NCS Summer Team Leader 2020 job opportunity

We are seeking to employ several enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated individuals to deliver our successful NCS programme.
The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a government funded programme which aims to bring 15-17-year-olds together from different backgrounds, embarking on a journey that builds skills for work and life whilst taking on new challenges and meeting new people.
During the three-week residential programme, the young people get the opportunity to take part in a range of outdoor activities as well as making a difference in their local community.
We are looking to recruit several team leaders to help us lead the programme. Team leaders are responsible for the management of an NCS team of 15 students with the support from another leader. Team leaders should be driven, passionate, and be able to coach, motivate, lead and support a group of young people.
Team leaders report to the wave leader, NCS co-ordinator and NCS programme manager and are responsible for the young people on the programme.
Adam Ledger, NCS manager, said: “If you have a passion for inspiring young people and helping them realise their potential, NCS is the thing for you. Three weeks of fun and you get paid for it! We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic team leaders to guide a group of 15-17-year olds through their NCS journey. If you are interested, see below on how to apply.”
